As part of a master's seminar at the Institute of Business Analytics, students from our faculty were once again given the opportunity to gain insights into the use of data science methods at a Bundesliga football club. The seminar group visited the Paul Renz Academy of FC Augsburg, where exciting analytical approaches in the areas of performance analysis, scouting and long-term player development were presented.
